Counselling offers an opportunity to speak in confidence with a professional therapist about anything that is causing you emotional distress. Life can be daunting and we all have times when we feel anxious, depressed or unable to cope. Counselling offers you the space to make some sense of these feelings and to find a way forward.

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy. Many people use it to reflect, gain insight, and explore what they truly want from life.

Sessions last 60 minutes and typically occur once a week. Together, we will discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, which often involves exploring past events and key relationships. We will also examine how your past influences your present, helping you to understand and change patterns that may be holding you back.
